XP Home here. I've lost my "Run" command on the Start menu.
Yes, I downlaoded and ran the "Restore Run Command" from Kelly's site.
Then I rebooted. Still no run command.

Help please?

Right-click on your Taskbar and select:
Properties > Start Menu > Customize.
Place a check next to "Display Run"

right click your start button and select properties
hit the customize button to the right of the start menu
radio button
hit the advanced tab and scroll about almost all the way
down the start menu items and check the "Run command"
check box.
click OK then Apply
If this doesn't work, you've got some issues elswhere.
but i never use this start menu button. Win-R is a
windows hotkey that opens the Run command. hold down the
widows button between the Ctrl and Alt buttons on the
left side of the keyboard and hit "r".

This can happen from having too many items listed on the Start Menu. The
run command is the first to go.
