software question

Hello all,
I'm new here in this group. I have been looking (and not finding what I
want) on Google etc. I am looking for some software that will allow me to
print those slim line Greeting cards 4X8, like the photo Christmas cards.
That I can print off on my Inc Jet printer here at home. I find lots of
services online where I send in my digital photo's and they mail me the
pictures, but not the software to do it myself.
Second Question: What in your opinion is the best printing software to
print my digital photo's. I have a Canon Power Shot G5.
Third Question: I work for the Redwood County Sheriff's Office here in
MInnesota. I was asked yesterday to research and give a recomendation to the
Sheriff of a single Digital Camera to equip the department with. The
requirements need to be that it's easy to operate for everyone. It will need
to be able to take quality photo's. Some of them close ups. The price needs
to be reasonalbe also. I'm just looking at getting your opinions, then I'll
start to research those cameras. Thanks in advance.
