What to expect?

Howdy! What to expect with 1920x1080 resolution, Maxed out with -

i5 2500k and 2 IceQ OC 6850's GPU

I play pretty much any game you can think of, but mainly Skyrim (when it comes out)BF3 and rift and such. What should i expect out of this system? Havn't built yet, but was curious
