I'm going to buy a new PC soon, these are the components:

AMD Phenom II x4 960t
Asrock 970 Extreme4
MSI Twin Frozr III GTX 560Ti Hawk
8GB Kingston HyperX DDR3 1600MHz
Thermaltake Commander MS-I
Seasonic SS-500ET

And i will reuse a philips 24x DVD drive and a Hitachi 160GB Sata II HDD

Now, i know this is a very good PSU, but will it be enough for this system with ~0.5 to 1GHz Processor overclock? If not, what other psu with a similar price should i get? Btw. the following brands are not avaiable in my primitive country: OCZ, Corsair, Antec, XFX.

nvidia recommends 550w and 38a on the 12v rail for the gtx560ti, you have 500w and 34a. it may be below the requirement but its a good PSU and with your lack of alternatives, I would say give the seasonic a chance, it should do the job with no issue. keep any OC to moderate levels.

Easy peasy lemon squeezy, I'm using a 620w PSU to power 2 560Ti's, a 2600k @ 4.3ghz and several more HDD's than you so I reckon you'll be fine.
