EVGA z68 sli motherboard problem....serious

I have an issue with my Evga z68 sli motherboard i bought. I hooked everything up, but there is no display. All i see is a C code on the mobo display. I have tried everything, even called Evga, but it seems like a lot of people have issues with this motherboard, i just want to know if any body else had his problem, would be awesome to get your advice on how to fix it, or is it just a generally faulty motherboard, or could i have issues with my other products, like psu (which im sure i dont cuz ive tested all of them) and stuff...im in desperate need of help.
