Hey guys.. I really want to upgrade my graphics card but I have only a 220w PSU.
Do you think maybe I could pull off a Sapphire HD 6570 Low Profile?

My Specs:
AMD Athlon II x2 220 @2.8GHz
3GB DDR3 @ 1333MHz

from http://www.amd.com/us/products/desktop/graphics/amd-rad...

■400 Watt or greater power supply recommended (500 Watt for AMD CrossFireX™ technology in dual mode)

so no

nothing from the past 2 generations (onboards dont count) will run on 220 watts, upgrade your psu :p

It looks like Sapphire doesn't like to recommend any PSUs below 400W.
Even the HD 6450 gets the 400W recommendation.

This review suggests you might squeak by. But you'd be taking a pretty big chance.
What's the make and model of your PSU? What's it's +12V rating?

You might think about visiting the MFRG's forum and check to see what other owners of similar systems have already successfully used for upgrades.

I have a feeling the OP has one of the slimline cases and might not have room for a standard size PSU.

a total waste of time... you will be literally swapping like for like and getting nothing in the way of an upgrade for your money... the on board gfx is likely to match anything else on the market with the same power requirements... to be honest i would be hard pressed to find any worthy upgrade that would need less than 300w

Yeah I forgot to add that its a Slim Case with a awkward ITX Power Supply... The psu's are basically a waste of time because a 400W is $80 and its horrible quality.. So I guess im pretty much screwed
