MemOK! LED not lighting up, please help.

I just built a PC and everything is installed correctly, i have built about 8 custom builds now and i have never had a problem, but with my last build, everything is installed correctly everything is compatible and now the memOK! LED is not lighting up. I was wondering what could be causing this.

ATI RADEON HD 6950
1t HDD 7200 RPM HITACHI
AMD 4-CORE AM3+ 3.6Ghz
PSU SILVERSTONE 500w

Did you follow the instructions for using the Mem OK button found on page 2-14 of your manual? Remember, you have to press the button to begin the testing process.

Run the pgm Memtest on each stick individually to verify the RAM is functional.
