Help update bios

Im going to update my asus mobo (z77) to stop the double boot fixed in a later bios and im 3 or 4 behind from the latest bios. Should i go right to the latest or go in sequencial order (from mine to latest in order)

The newest bios file of any board will cover all previous bios updates. Just look for the bios file with the newest date.
