Network Printer problem

Hello,
I had a HP printer connected to my office network using wall jack with no problem. Everybody from any room had access to it.
I added a PC to the room where the printer located and tried to share the network jack for two connections with the switch. Since then my printer is not even pingable from any PC in the office except the PC it sharing the connection. I already tried different switches but the result the same.
Any ideas? Thanks

Do you have a managed switch as you main switch?

do you have internet access from the new PC?

do you have a crossover cable that you could try between the wall an the switch?
