Thank you for your answer, i have been looking at a lot of ASUS motherboards just because i like them more than the composition at this point from my reading, do you have any further suggestions i am planing on over-clocking my i5 3570k so will http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813131837

I know a guy that uses the OK. Trust me you don't want it. Its z77 but its not made for over clocking. Now the ASRock Z77 extreme 4 will be a nice board for over clocking the 3570k. ( I use both extreme 4 and 3570k) and run 4.4 GHz easily.. ASRock is not a bad brand. Its just not main stream like ASUS and GIGABYTE
