Asrock 970 extreme3 Problem

Strange problem I have here on windows 7 64bit Ultimate I have 4 2gb ram sticks in my mobo but it wont put them in dual channel and the sticks that are on the right 2 rows the mobo detects them but in windows they are reserved I've tried quite a few solutions but nothing has worked.

Also the RAM is Wintec AMPX 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1333 (PC3 10666) Dual Channel Kit Desktop Memory Model 3AXH1333C9WS4GK (c/p from newegg) Maybe the ram was not made for this mobo could be the problem but dunno

I tried that stuff and it doesn't work and recently I tried to use one stick of ram in one of the right slots and nothing posted which made me thing those right slots are bad but the BIOS sees the sticks in the bios (UEFI) so I don't know what to do.
