The Right RAM?

Motherboard: Matsonic MS7112C Slot 1/Socket 370 VIA Apolloa 133MHZ

The board says that I can populate it with PC100/133 standard or registered SDRAM.

How do I go about identifying a SDRAM module and know that it is a PC1000 or PC133, standard or a registered SDRAM module?

Currently, I have a 256MB and a 128MB module in my board, and the machine seems to work fine, but somehow, I have a feeling that I may have populated my machine with the wrong type of memory.

In order for my to use a 256MB module, it must be a registered SDRAM module.

Please help. Thanks.

Moma always said if it ain't broke .. don't fix it..

You'd have beyond a gut feeling if you were operating memory that wasn't spec'd for your board.
