Mboard need suggestion??

1) Intel i5-3570k Processor
2) ASUS P8Z77-V LX Motherboard
3) 700W above Corsair Power Supply
4) Gigabyte HD 7970 Graphics Card(3 fans)
5) 128gb Crucial M4 SSD 450/intel 520
6) 4x4gb 1866/2133mhz RAM
7) Cooler Master 612s CPU cooler


Those are the parts I wanna get for my new CPU and I have some questions

1) Will there be any bottleneck?? Just wanna reconfirm before purchasing
2) Which P8Z77 mboard do you guys suggest?? cause there's a V-PRO, V, V-LX, -M versions, and I have no idea which one to choose lol
