I am looking at seting up a satellite internet system for about 20 users. I am looking to do a wired/wireless system. I want to make sure the bandwidth is shared evenly by all users. Any suggestions on what router to purchase that can do this for me? I want to keep this as simple as possible becuase I know just enough to make me dangerous to myself.

Buy a regular router.. it'll do the load balancing for you. Granted some people doing more intensive things will need more bandwidth than the person surfing the net..

The Linksys WRT54G router is a nice thought for what you're looking at along with maybe an 8 port switch to give future growth or anything else.

You can pick up the router and switch at a Circuit City, CompUSA, Best Buy, etc. Almost any place that sells computer stuff will have Linksys... which I recommend to stick to that brand. While other brands are comparable or just as good, Linksys, I think most will agree, is the industry standard for at home and small offices.
