It's basically the september $500 dollar build but with a different psu and also was wondering if anyone had another suggestion for the ram.

It will work out perfectly i would suggest uping the RAM to a DDR3 1600

Just switched up to the 8g and 500w psu I got about another $30 to spend anything you would advised spending that on or upgrading another part.
