Which motherboard should i get?

Hi guys i need your help. The cpu that im planning to make is mostly for playing video games (ex Crysis 2, Portal 2 , Dota 2 )
I am planning to buy a procesador core i7 3770K or ( 3820K) , also a memory ram hiperX kingstone 16 GB and a barracuda 3tb hard disk. I have a Geforce Gts 450 so i think i wont buy a graphic card for the moment. I´ve been tented to buy a gigabyte gtx 670 but i guess i´ll just wait till the one i have gets a bit useless for games.
I dont know which motherboard to buy ( without passing 300 dollars ) in order to make full advantage of the components above . All suggestions are welcome . (You can list up to 3-5 diferent motherboards) Thank u very much .
