Toshiba Satellite C640 unable to turn on wireless capability

Hello,
I have WiFi modem.I connect internet using WiFi get a trouble shoting message Wireless capability turn off.I connect cable from modem to computer i got internet.Any body help me to solve problem

open up control panel > System and security > Device Manager > look under network adapters there should be two devices listed one should say ethernet the other Wireless. If they aren't on the list there should be a warning symbol lower down on a device named Network controller. Click on this and go to the 'Drivers' tab at the top and click on 'update Drivers' make sure you are connected to the internet via ethernet cable and search for drivers online. This should solve your problem
