PSU too low for nVidia 250?

I just installed a new nVidia GTS 250 and checked on the newegg.com PSU calculator as to what the output would be its not good my specs are:

Phenom II x6 CPU
ASRock 880G motherboard
GeForce GTS 250
16Gb RAM
DVD-RW
7200 rpm HDD x2

I have a 500W PSU but the calc says I should have 557W. Should I be careful or can I play games with this card? I haven't run any tests or games, i.e. haven't pushed the card at all yet.

  1. The card only needs about 140w and your CPU is a 125w part so even with a couple of HDD's you're only looking at about 350 - 400w I reckon.
