My friend bought motherboard for i7 chip

he has the lga 1366 socket on it which i7 chip would be best to use asus turbo extreme motherboard see the 950 and the 2600k alot of temp problems also going in desktop

Proper punctuation and complete sentences are MUCH appreciated. An x58 board will not run a 2600k anyway, it is not the correct socket. Also, those CPUs do not overheat unless you overclock them are assemble them incorrectly. I would suggest a Core i7 950 on a x58 board.
