Motherboard Upgrade Question

Hi everyone,

I currently have the ConRoe945G-DVI motherboard but I am wanting to upgrade to a new motherboard that has USB 3 and SATA 3 connections , can you recommend a motherboard that will have these features but also have the same connections as my current motherboard: ConRoe945G-DVI as it needs to work with my existing set up.

I am totally new to upgrading motherboards so I have no idea where to start as certain motherboards only accept certain cpu types and so on so I basically need a motherboard exactly like the ConRoe945G-DVI but with USB 3 and SATA 3 support.
