Voltages problem

Bought a new chieftech iarena gpa 500 S8, and HWMonitor shows 14.96V in mobo +12V column! Also in +5V column there is only 3.279V! AIDA64 shows very like results! I have MSI 970A-G46 mobo, bought it three days ago, so I don't understand how this is possible when psu and mobo are brand NEW?

HWMonitor may not work accurately with that board. Check your board bios for more accurate readings. If the chieftec is bad, you'll have to weigh the cost of postage versus just getting a new power supply.
