What`s the best choice for gaming motherboard?

Hello, I`m going to build new high eng gaming system this cristhmas and need your advice.

I`m will use this specs:
i7-3770K
8GB G.SKill Sniper 1866MHz
GTX 680 LIghtning or GTX 680 ASUS DC II.
MSI Mpower or ASUS MAXIMUM V Formula
Corsair TX 850W Modular
CM Storm Trooper
CM V6GT CPU Cooler

What`s the best between the Asus MAXIMUM V Formula and MSI MPower? Do i need to pay extra 100$ to get that mobo? or my system will be great with Mpower?
