11.8 CCC issues???

has anyone else that has installed the latest set of drivers from amd experienced tearing just like a video game would.....but in flash video's??? this just started doing it on my rig and it driving me nutz!!! Ive fiddled around with the video performance options in the CCC (not really knowing what i was doing mind you) to no avail...and you can see my rigs spec at the bottom of this post........

any and all suggestions welcome

i fu=igured out my problem......stupid me thought powering down 2 of my monitors would disable eyefinity.......this is not the case ......the tearing was coming from all the extra vestigial rendering....used the "disconnect this display option for the other 2 monitors and all problems disappeared!!!
