Core 2 quad Q9400 temperatures

Hi,
I have q9400 2.6ghz with stock cooler. Idle temperature is 38-41c and on full load it goes up to 69-72c. Are those temperatures good for this cpu?

Thanks for the answer. I also want to overclock it to 3.6ghz with this cooler: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835103099 do you think temps will be good according to those temperatures with stock cooler ?

just recently sold my q9400 for a 2500k but i had a good run with mine i undervolted it about .1v then raise the fsb up to about 420 which ran 24/7 at about 3.4 on my gigabyte ud3p and it rarely got over 50c in australia with ambient temps up to about 35c running with a coolermaster 212+ with a 2nd fan (with 2nd fan about 42 bucks) on it running at fairly low fan speeds (couldnt hear it over my 4850 when that was idling even if the cpu was 100% load) it wouldnt get much faster than that even with volts, i also left all the stuff on so it would reduce speed at idle which u wont be able to do shooting for 3.6. besides an extra 200mhz is nothing compared to the damage u'll cause or the extra noise and money you'll have to spend on cooling, pumping the big volts through it for 1 fps more in bf3!
