$500-$650 gaming computer help

Hello, I'm completely new to building my own gaming computer, so i need you guy's ideas. If i wanted to get the best gaming computer for $650 what would i need to do it? any help is greatly appreciated. Also i want to play games like COD series and Battlefield series and other smaller games, not necessarily on ultra but preferably on high settings
