Hello,
I bought this motherboard from newegg: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168.... However, I didn't notice this before but I'm a little worried that it doesn't have any heatsinks near the CPU (I guess to cool the VRM). Can anyone shed light on how much of a problem this is? Do I need to do anything special? Will overclocking the CPU cause issues? Any information you have would be useful. Thank you.

It could, those cheaper boards aren't really suited for overclocking if they even have any options to do so at all .
