Will these fans keep my case and components cool ??

So Iam buying 5x 120mm fans for my thermaltake dokker case. How much cool will the fans keep the case and will the cooling be powerfull enough to cool my cpu intel core i5 2500k and overclock it while keeping the temperature low?? (base clock 3.3 ghz overclocked it will be about 3.8 no more than that)
