i am encountering blue screen and system hang continuously after installation of 'G.K.SKILL 8GB RAM 1600MHZ (1*8)' into my new 'SAMSUNG NP355V5C-SO3IN' laptop. already i have 4gb ram in it...so totally 12gb ram. i need help. what will i do ?

Visit the laptop manufacturers site and see what RAM is compatible with your laptop. My guess is that the RAM operates at different voltages or frequencies. Remove the 4GB memory module and see if Windows works better.
