Need a budget cpu fan

Hi

I once again need some speedy advice.

I bought a q6600 intel quad core G0 stepping 95watt edition, and didnt realise it was OEM.

It has no fan and I really want to get it set up tomorrow morning so I'm going to have to go buy a fan.

Im going watercooling next month so I only want to spend <£20.

If anyone has any reccomendations Id love to hear them.

I don't know how much it is where you live, but the Arctic Cooling Freezer 7 Pro is within your price range in the states.

Q6600's run pretty warm. Even for a month, personally I wouldn't stick a really cheap store bought fan on mine. Unless you have a good computer hardware store that sells name brand stuff.

I'm using an inexpensive Mascool brand CPU Fan/Heatsink I think. Something that was relatively cheap when I ordered my OEM Q6600. Works fine.

PC World had some semi-decent Akasa fans in my local one the other week. I know they aren't a brilliant make, but they will at least work. Depends on where in the country you are really!
