Upgrading from intel hd 2000 graphics hard?

I have all my part except for the graphics card

The i5 2400 has graphics in it and I plan on getting a good graphics card in a month or sooner

I was wondering if I should build my computer right now and would it be hard to install the graphics card when I get it?

Or should I wait till I get the graphics card and build everything at once?
