CPU and Monitor

Hello,
I am planning 2 build a buy a gaming computer but i am confused what components i must buy.my budget is around 50,000 inr and only the monitor and cpu is included in it...Can somebody help me out???

A CPU cooler is only necessary if you are overclocking or are building a quiet system.
