ASRock 277M

Will the ASRock 277M be a good board for my build? I'm getting a i3-3225 and a HD 7870 with it i plan to overclock some.

    Yes it is a good mATX board that will allow you to upgrade to I5 or I7 "K" CPU later and overclock. If you are not planning on that you are just as well of with a H77 board.

    for a i3, recommend the h77 and it is atx not a microatx (i tend to favor atx mobos), one more thing do you really need the i3-3225 ? why not the more cheap i3-3220 the only difference is the first has intel graphics hd 4000, which i guess you wont need with a 7870 gpu.

    The board and processor comes in a bundle on Newegg so it totalled to about 220$ which is $10 more then what you both suggested? think its worth the extra $10?
