  1. Get a quality PSU as a first step. Your hardware is in danger from that one.

    Since your motherboard has no USB 3.0 ports and no SATA 6GB/s, it might be best if you just upgrade everything, but you need to set a budget first.

  3. That system doesn't need too much. Just get something that will be reliable and cover future upgrades... 500-550W.
