AMD Phenom II X4 960T Black Edition

I have a curious Case, where my Mobo and Win7 wont detect my new CPU (AMD Phenom II X4 960T Black Edition).
I have installed the newest Bios for my mobo, and I installed all the newest chipset drivers etc.

My problem is that, both in my Bios and Windows wont detect the CPU. All it says is AMD Processor Model unknown 3.0ghz.

Now I was able, and lucky enough to unlock the extra cores, so I'm running on 6 cores atm, could this be throwing a wrench into the monkey works, and confusing my Win7 and bios.

Unlocking cores is known to sometimes have the effect of making the cpu unrecognizable.
