How do i replace the keyboard on a dell 6420

Hi, Mirium, You should turn the laptop over and come to the bottom of it.

1. Firstly, remove all the screws labelled 'D' and then pull the plastic back cover off.

2. Now remove the battery. This will let you grab onto it a bit better.

3. Now basically just push it out. You may need to apply a bit of force, but don't panic, reasonable force ain't gonna break anything
