Is my PSU good enough?

I just got an apevia aqua power 700w PSU.

Is that good enough to power a 560 ti OC'd or greater?

I heard running good GPU's need a decent brand of PSU atleast... or something like that.

thats more than enough power to run a 560ti

That power supply got pretty good reviews on newegg, should be fine to run the video card on.
