Screen flashes on new build p8h67

screen flashes on my new build here are specs. asus p8h67-m pro i5 2500k 3.30 ghz 4x4 corsair vengence 1600mhz i am not overclocking and everything seems to work fine except for the flashing.thanks in advance for any advice.

This is usually due to the refresh rate. Make sure your graphics drivers are up to date and make sure the correct refresh rate (Hz) is selected under display properties.

GENERALLY LCD/LED monitors are 60Hz refresh rate with 3D monitors being 120Hz.

Are you using a graphics card? Or the on-board display?
