Mobo replacement

am looking to replace the motherboard on my Hp pavilion elite E9120y...heres the part# 503098001 by pegatron, never heard of the company. was bought branded from best buy about 2 yrs ago.

the exact mobo cost $350(too high). am looking for generic mobo that will fit.

any ideas?

You may need a new windows coa if you're using hp's original windows installation.
