Problem whit my pc turning on and off

Hello i am here to ask for help
this is the problem
today i turned my pc on to use it but it gave no signal to the screen then i just waited but no result
then i tryed to hold the button on front to turn it OFF but it does not work the pc stay's ON
the only way to turn it ON if by pushing the power supply turn on/off switch

wen i turn if off and then on [power supply turn on/off switch]it turns on automatically whit out me pushing the front button to turn it on
and gives no signal or anything
