can i change my psu's fan bc its so noisy?

I'm sure it's possible if you understand how, but if you don't then i don't think it's as easy as replacing a case fan. I'd only do it if i knew for sure how to put everything back together properly, as PSU's are not something you want to mess with if you don't know how to put it back together again properly.

I wouldn't advise it unless it's out of warranty and you're technically competent.
Psu fans can often become noisy when the unit is underpowered for a system or in a case with poor airflow.
