SLI help

So this is my first attempt at doing SLI on my own. I just upgraded my PSU and I currently have one GTX 460 and I purchased a second for SLI.

Question: Do I need to re-install the drivers after the second is installed or will it just find it and continue to use the drivers I currently have installed for the first card?

Also: Do I still plug my monitor into the first card?

lol...I get the second yes..but the first one....does that mean yes I need to reinstall the drivers or yes it will just recognize the second card with the original drivers I have installed?
