I'm looking to use a Dell XPS 730 case for a new build. Would I have any issue with using the case. If so, what might they be.

well it needs to be:
ATX standard
big enough for your graphics card.

As long as you have the original motherboard tray that came with it, the Dell XPS 730 chassis will handle a full size ATX form factor motherboard.

The motherboard is mounted in the unconventional upside down position and on the opposite side of the chassis.
