Will DX10 be available in BF3?

So does anyone know, because some lower-end cards will be doomed if it's not.

DX9 will not be available, hence the lack of Windows XP support. Hardware wise, DX9 is irrelevant as no DX9 card is powerful enough to even run the game. DICE assumes at this point that anyone who has a system powerful enough to run the game is at least running Windows Vista.

That's what they have said. No DX9 cards could play it anyways, bold move cutting off the XP users like that though.
