Will transcend ddr3-1333 4 gb pc ram support p5qc

Hello,
Right now one DDR2 is connected with the motherboard ASUS P5QC.
Will Transcend DDR3-1333 4 GB PC RAM support with the said motherboard? Will I have to install two pcs together? or One ?

Yes but you can only have either DDR2 or DDR3 installed at a time not both. http://www.asus.com/Motherboards/Intel_Socket_775/P5QC/#specifications
It will work with either 1 or 2 sticks in the appropriate slots.

I got an information from that site that if I install 4 GB RAM,Windows® 32-bit operation system may only recognize less than 3GB. Hence, a total installed memory of less than 3GB is recommended. Right now I am using widows 7 ultimate operating system. will it recognize 4 GB Ram per slot ?

32 bit can only address 4Gb, 64bit a lot more. On 32 bit system optimal is to have 4GB some will be reserved for system resources rest available.
