Heres is my motherboard. http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/document?cc=uk&lc=en&docname=c00864946#N97

http://ark.intel.com/products/30785/Intel-Core2-Duo-Processor-E6850-(4M-Cache-3_00-GHz-1333-MHz-FSB)
http://ark.intel.com/products/30784/Intel-Core2-Duo-Processor-E6750-(4M-Cache-2_66-GHz-1333-MHz-FSB)
http://ark.intel.com/products/27250/Intel-Core2-Duo-Processor-E6600-(4M-Cache-2_40-GHz-1066-MHz-FSB)

Would all these fit in my motherboard?

Solution
The last cpu (e6600-1066 fsb) may work fine with your board. The first two are 1333 fsb, and probably won't work with your 945 chipset board.
