Your thoughts on diamond stealth s120

I need to replace an ailing leadtek winfast gf4 ti4600 . I have a 330 watt ps and a asus p4p800s mb with 1 gig of ram and a p4 2.8 What do you think of diamond stealth s120 8x card ? Just trying to keep an old machine running so i can use my version of adobe photoshop that won't work with win 7 so i see no need to buy a new machine . thanx

A cheap 6200 agp will be good enough for your needs or you could just get back on ebay and find another ti4600.
