First Time Builder

Hello first time builder and whatnot, been following toms for a year or two. I need help with which motherboard I should get or works with the parts I'm ordered/ing yesterday and today.

My budget is 150 for mobo.

Looks like the ASUS P8Z77-V LK LGA 1155 has a PCI, a PCIe x1, a PCIe(2.0) x16, and a PCIe(3.0) x16....nice! Even an S/PDIF header--killer!!
