Budget HTPC for Digital Media

I want to get rid of my WD Live, I'm getting tired of downloading content on my computer then going over then transferring them to an external.

Approximate Purchase Date: This month

Budget Range: $400-$500

System Usage from Most to Least Important: Watching videos, surfing internet

Parts Not Required: keyboard, mouse, monitor, speakers, OS

Preferred Website(s) for Parts: newegg, tigerdirect

Country of Origin: USA

Parts Preferences: no preference, it doesn't need to be an HTPC specific case for instance.

Overclocking: Maybe

SLI or Crossfire: Maybe

Monitor Resolution: 1920x1080

Additional Comments: It doesn't need physical media readers, only an HDMI output to watch 1080p videos on an LCD TV. It needs wi-fi connectivity, it's likely that it will be always on, a cheap 2TB HD is preferable.
