Bootmgr missing

I have a black screen with the error massage BOOTMGR is missing

Hey, I have dealt with these before. It can be one of a few things. The first is that your boot order could have got messed up some how, make sure either your main hard drive or windows boot partition is set as your first choice in your boot order in your BIOS. If that's not it then put in your windows installation CD and hit repair, as that may be another issue.
