Hi,

Looking for a new 19" CRT that will work at hi res high refresh rate I'm thinking about Viewsonic or ViewSonic P90F P95F+. I also saw a Hyundai F910 and the specs looks good for a low price. Is it any good? Any comments on those monitors?

Thanks in advance

Just the usual advice, here...

Go actually see them in operation before you buy. Specs can be altered, features can be exaggerated. Sometimes there are unadvertised surprises like poor adjustment or silly black lines you can't get rid of.

Hate those lines myself. To me they are like a big scratch on a car's windshield.

A friend of mine, the lines don't bother him one bit. However, in the old days when tilt wasn't a user adjustment he'd take back a dozen monitors because they weren't "level", half of them looked perfect to me.

The lesson being, see a monitor for yourself. Use the controls. If anything bothers you about it then don't buy it.
